CTDH 2020 will take place at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Air and ground transportation options, as well as directions to Trinity’s main campus, are available on Trinity’s website.

Friday night’s events will take place at the Liberal Arts Action Lab located downtown at Trinity’s downtown campus at 10 Constitution Plaza, Hartford CT.

All conference sessions on Saturday will be held on Trinity’s main campus. Please consult the campus map for parking options (or Rachel’s cheat-sheet). If you’re using GPS or an online map, enter the following address and then follow the directions to the main campus above.

The Downtown Hartford Marriott is located within walking distance of the Liberal Arts Action Lab. Trinity does have online-bookable discounted rates at these hotels: In particular, perhaps note the Hartford Hilton has rates as low as $130, inclusive of tax, and conveniently located to both the Friday reception and Saturday’s conference.


Visitors to Trinity who come from an institution that is an eduroam member may connect to the eduroam network automatically. 

All other visitors may connect to TrinGuest. Upon registration, guests will be emailed and/or texted a username and password, which will work for 5 days. You may connect up to 10 devices on the TrinGuest network.

A/V Equipment

All rooms will be equipped with A/V equipment. Specific details of room configurations will be emailed to presenters as we approach the date of the conference.
